About NativoHaus
Hola!
NativoHaus Project was born out of the need to establish a direct connection with the clients' needs, listen to their dreams, and assist them in fulfilling them. Always guided by sustainability and respect for the environment, NativoHaus' fundamental principle is to ensure that the client´s needs and the surroundings merge and become one with the environment, like an authentic Nativo.
I'm Lidia Quintanilla, an architect on a journey that has been shaped by a passion for turning dreams into reality. I graduated with a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidad Latina in 2008 and honed my skills at a residential-focused studio from 2008 to 2012, where I learned the art of making clients' dreams come true.
In 2013, I embraced a new chapter at Urban Design Associates in Scottsdale, Arizona, one of the most prestigious architecture firms in the Southwest. Starting as an architectural draftsman, I evolved into a Lead Designer, overseeing projects from feasibility studies to construction, always keeping in mind the unique blend of site considerations and client needs. Grateful for the growth and opportunities, I took a bittersweet professional farewell in 2022 to return to my beloved Costa Rica, eager to continue learning.
From 2022 to 2023, I delved into construction as a project manager in Guanacaste, updating my knowledge in construction, codes, building systems, and establishing local connections.
Now, I'm thrilled to return to my true love—Architecture. Ready to embark on new adventures and collaborate with you in bringing your architectural visions to life. Let's create something amazing together!
